About
About PaxCode
PaxCode is the software practice of Wojciech Król, a senior engineer and architect based in Poland, building backend, data and AI systems since 2018.
The name
The name comes from pax, Latin for peace, as in Pax Romana, two centuries of order. That is the job: bringing order to systems where code, data and AI have started to sprawl.
PaxCode works B2B with product teams in the UK and EU, as an embedded engineer or on a defined scope.
How the work is done
Each one links to where it shows.
- 01 Decisions written down, trade-offs stated. Case study AI pipelines for financial advice
- 02 Numbers over adjectives. Post Athena: from 240 to ~30 minutes
- 03 The simplest design that survives the next order of magnitude. Case study Data leak scanner
- 04 Least privilege by default: every service, role and key gets only what it needs.
- 05 AI output is checked by a person before it becomes a decision. Pipeline step 18 Human review
